What is collected and why
Contact form
When you write through the form, your name, email, project type and message are collected, plus your phone number if you choose to leave it.
- Purpose: to reply and, where relevant, prepare a quote.
- Legal basis: your consent and steps prior to a possible contract (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).
- If you don't provide it: without an email address there is no way to reply.
Browsing and analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, aggregated information about how the site is used is collected. With consent mode active, no identifier is loaded until you accept. Details are in the cookie policy.
- Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a).
Invoicing
If you hire a service, the tax details needed to issue the invoice are processed.

Who else has access
Data is never sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes. Only the providers needed to deliver the service have access:

Some of these providers are outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, the transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the applicable privacy framework.
Beyond that, data is only accessed where a legal obligation requires it.
How long it is kept

Your rights

Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are in place: encrypted connections, two-factor access to the admin panel and regular backups. No system is infallible, but exposure is kept to a minimum.

This site is not aimed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their data.
